BandungRentCar .com provides car rental services in Bandung with or without a driver, according to the applicable terms.
Our services include:

Daily, weekly, or monthly car rental

Car rental with a driver

Self-drive car rental (without driver) – subject to specific requirements
3. Rental Requirements
For self-drive rentals:

Minimum age: 21 years old

Must hold a valid Class A driving license (SIM A)

Provide a copy of ID card (KTP) and driving license

Undergo data verification process
For rentals with a driver, identity requirements still apply for security purposes.
4. Rates and Payment

Rental rates include the cost of the vehicle and basic insurance, unless otherwise stated.

Rates do not include fuel, toll fees, parking fees, or traffic fines.

Payment must be made in advance (deposit or full payment) via bank transfer or cash.

Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Vehicle Usage
The renter must:

Use the vehicle in accordance with applicable traffic laws.

Not use the vehicle for illegal activities.

Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle.
The renter is fully responsible for any damage or loss caused by negligence during the rental period.
6. Insurance and Liability

All our vehicles are covered with basic insurance.

Damage caused by accidents due to renter’s negligence may be charged according to repair costs.

Loss of the vehicle or its components due to negligence will be fully borne by the renter.
7. Late Return Policy

Late returns will incur additional hourly charges according to the applicable rates.

If the delay exceeds 4 hours, it will be counted as a full-day rental.
8. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to the rental schedule or vehicle type are subject to availability.

Last-minute cancellations may incur a deduction in accordance with company policy.
